PHOENIX (Aug. 28, 2025) — August is Summer Sun Safety Awareness Month, a seasonably appropriate reminder that staying safe while enjoying outside weather means extra vigilance about sun protection.
Even with increased public awareness and knowledge about excessive sun exposure, many still associate tans with health, wellness, and beauty.
