TRICARE Beneficiaries: Use These Support Resources to Help with Your TRICARE Benefit

PHOENIX (February 12, 2026) — For TRICARE beneficiaries, the Defense Health Agency (DHA) has several important support resources that can help with health plan questions or benefits concerns.

According to DHA, by contacting the right TRICARE support resource many questions can be handled no matter where beneficiaries are or what their circumstances may be.

TRICARE resource team members are available to listen, support, and guide beneficiaries so they are never alone in their care, DHA emphasizes.

Beneficiaries have access to support from their TRICARE Regional Contractor, the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), and the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System staff.

TRICARE West Region beneficiaries can resolve many TRICARE concerns by contacting TriWest Healthcare Alliance or the DMDC/DEERS Support Office first.

Additionally, military hospitals and clinics have staff who can help.
