
TriWest’s Contact Center Recertified as a Center of Excellence
PHOENIX (July 21, 2025) — TriWest Healthcare Alliance’s (TriWest) Contact Center has been recertified as a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal for the fifth consecutive year. The recognition is based on the world’s largest database of best-practice metrics that BenchmarkPortal audits and validates.
