Raul Loya, a TriWest Customer Service Representative, experienced traumatic, profound loss when his loving parents were killed in a mass shooting in El Paso, Texas. His long road to recovery and peace began with the realization that he needed to create his path forward – a path of activity, remembrance and healing.
