[Will Kuykendall video begins]

Will Kuykendall, El Paso Hub Operations Director: “My team understands that on the other end of that phone is a person who needs our help. And by incorporating Veterans into our team, those Veterans can further relate their story about how each and every time that they talk to someone on the phone the importance of what the outcome of that call is. No one can talk to a Veteran better than another Veteran.”
