You can designate a specific checking or savings account to deduct your monthly enrollment fee through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or you can set up Recurring Credit Card payments from your Visa® and MasterCard®. If you are a retiree, you may opt to have a monthly enrollment fee deducted directly from your retirement check through an Allotment.

1. Visit www.triwest.com
2. Enter the Beneficiary section
3. Select Online Payment from the Quick Links menu on the left
4. Choose your TRICARE program
5. Log in to your account or download and complete the applicable form
6. Mail the completed form to the indicated address and include:
   • The first three-month payment (check, money order, or credit card information are acceptable)
   • Any amount past due

When you register at www.triwest.com, you have access to your account information and can check claim status and even receive authorization and referral notification to your e-mail inbox through the QuickAlert notification system.
