Save Time: Track Authorizations Online

As a registered user at www.triwest.com, you can save time online and track the status of authorizations and referrals straight from your Personal Profile page.

The authorization and referral tracking screen gives you the opportunity to further manage your health care by allowing you to see when services are approved. Additional details such as approved services, the servicing provider and phone number, and the number of approved units or visits can also be viewed online.

To check the status of your authorizations and referrals from the Personal Profile page, click the "Check Authorization and Referral Status" link under the "Check Status" field and enter the date range you would like to search.
