Ownership Structure

TriWest is owned by an alliance of 16 not-for-profit health care organizations and two university hospital systems based thoughout our region. In an effort to provide local representation and expertise, the same companies that own TriWest are also subcontracted for provider network development and maintenance activities in the region. These subcontractors work with the network (contracted) providers in their area and TriWest to provide health care services for beneficiaries on a local level.
