TRICARE Information

Relocating Outside the TRICARE South Region

Any beneficiary who has left South Region can continue to access the Humana Military web site, http://www.humana-military.com/south/bene/beneficiary.asp.  They should click on the Resources tab and then on Disaster Resources.  That tab will present information about referrals and authorizations, point of service waivers, pharmacy services, etc.  They may also continue to call Humana Military at 1-800-444-5445. 

TRICARE Service Center Closed in Southern Texas

The TRICARE Service Center (TSC) located in Galveston remains closed. This closure affects TRICARE beneficiaries served in the South Region. Beneficiaries served by TriWest in the West Region are not affected.

West Region Beneficiaries Unaffected

TRICARE Service Centers (TSC) located throughout TriWest’s 21-state region are operating normal business hours. Please follow the standard procedures when seeking health care. If you do need assistance, please contact TriWest and 1-888-TRIWEST (874-9378).
