1. Allotments – Monthly enrollment fee deducted from your retirement check
2. Recurring Credit Card Payments – Monthly enrollment fee automatically charged to your Visa^® or MasterCard^®
3. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – Monthly enrollment fee automatically deducted from a specified checking or savingsaccount

To register:

• Select "Online Payment" from the left navigation bar on www.triwest.com
• Download and complete the applicable form
• Mail the completed form and the first three-month payment (check, money order, or credit card information are acceptable) along with any past due amount to the address indicated on the form

Then, sit back, relax and let TriWest take care of the rest.

While online, registered beneficiaries can also view their claim status, sign up for authorization and referral e-mail "QuickAlerts" and get the latest TRICARE news and benefit updates.
