TRICARE Reserve Select Monthly Payment Options

Payment does not guarantee enrollment in TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS). Please check eligibility status with your Reserve Component or contact DEERS.

Three ways to pay your TRS monthly premium
  1. Debit/Credit Card
    • Pay online using a debit/credit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
    • Call TriWest at 1-888-TRIWEST (1-888-874-9378) to make a debit/credit card payment over the phone.
  2. Check or Money Order
    • Check or money order payments are accepted. Mail your monthly payment to

  3. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Automatic Credit/Debit Card Payment
    • Make automatic monthly payments from a designated checking or savings account using EFT. EFT payments will be deducted from your account on the first of each month.
    • Make automatic monthly payments using your credit or debit card. Credit or debit card payments will be charged to your account on the first of each month.

    If your TRS premiums have not been paid in full from the prior billings your account will be charged for all premiums due.

    Accounts paid current will be charged on the first of each month.
