TRICARE Prime Enrollment Fee Payment Options

TriWest offers convenient ways to make your TRICARE Prime payments.

Four ways to pay your Prime enrollment fees
  • Debit/Credit Card
    • One-time payments may be submitted online or by calling 1-888-TRIWEST.
    • Recurring credit card payments – set up a monthly payment to be charged to your debit or credit card.
      • Unregistered users –
        1. Download and print the Electronic Payment Authorization Form.
        2. Complete the form and mail it with your first three month payment to TriWest.
        3. You may pay the three month payment by check, money order or credit card.
      • Registered users –
        1. Login and set up a recurring credit card payment online.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
    Make regular monthly payments using EFT. EFT will automatically deduct payments from a specified checking or savings account each month. To set up an EFT,
    • Unregistered Users
      1. Download and print the Electronic Payment Authorization Form.
      2. Complete the form and mail it with your first three month payment to TriWest.
      3. You may pay the three month payment by check, money order, or credit card.
    • Registered Users
      1. Login and set up an EFT online.
  • Set Up An Allotment
    Military retirees may pay TRICARE Prime enrollment fees by allotment. You must make the first three month payment by check and send it in with an allotment authorization letter.

    Allotment payments can only be deducted from military retirement pay, and cannot be deducted from a Survivor Benefit Annuity or Veterans Administration Benefits.
