New E-Mail Alert Advises Providers of TriWest.com Password Expiration
Starting late December, providers registered on www.triwest.com will receive a QuickAlert e-mail notification 5 days prior to their TriWest.com
password expiring. This QuickAlert was developed based on feedback from our online users.
Upon receiving the e-mail, providers can update their TriWest.com password in five easy steps:
- Click the “Login” button in the e-mail
- Enter their TriWest.com username and current password and click “Login”
- Click “Reset Now”
- Enter new password and click “Next”
- Select “Agree” and click “Save”

As a security precaution by the Department of Defense (DoD), registered providers are required to reset their passwords every 90 days.
