Updates to Online Referral/Authorization Submission Tool

In TriWest Healthcare Alliance’s continuing efforts to improve the online user experience, TriWest has incorporated the following updates to the online referral/authorization submission tool:

The online referral and authorization submission tool is now compatible with Mozilla Firefox Web browser.
Providers now can add notes to an existing authorization that’s in a pended status due to insufficient clinical information.

Firefox PC and Mac users now have the ability to submit referral and authorization requests and inpatient admission notifications online through the secure provider website. This enables more providers to enjoy the benefits of the secure provider website at TriWest.com.
