Registering Online Has Become Easier

TriWest Healthcare Alliance offers instant access to the secure provider website after registering.
The first person to register a provider’s office is automatically the administrator and can give access to additional users in their office. Persons within an office who wish to become registered users should contact their account administrator to be granted access. If the administrator is not known, you can contact WPS EDI at 1-800-782-2600 for assistance.
Have the following information available before you begin the registration process:
- Your taxpayer identification number (TIN) and ZIP code
- One of the following:
- License number
- Medicare number
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- One of the following from the same beneficiary or two different beneficiaries:
- Two internal claim numbers (ICN) (from TRICARE West-Region Claim remittance advices)
- Two authorization reference numbers
- One claim number and one reference number
- Date of birth of beneficiary or beneficiaries from the ICN or authorization reference number
Passwords are now good for 150 days and are 9 digits.

- Verify patient eligibility
- Research covered benefits and check referral/authorization and medical review requirements for specific procedures
- Submit referrals/authorizations online and check their status regardless of how the request was submitted
- Submit claims online and check claim status regardless of how the claim was submitted
- Download remittance advices
- Download claims status reports
- Submit corrected claims
- Claims correspondence/Webmail
