Child/Adolescent
Parents and caretakers do what they can to create a world of structure and predictability for children. Most parents have a goal of making their child’s life stable, safe and secure. As children grow up, we hope that positive early experiences will pay off with adolescents who are happy and balanced, growing into solid citizens of the world, able to navigate any difficulty that may be ahead. We can help prepare young people for the ups and downs of managing their health and well-being, by teaching them skills, giving them tools, and providing resources to help them understand and cope with day to day life experiences. Those struggling with specific behavioral health conditions may need extra support.
