Eligible beneficiaries may enroll into TRICARE Young Adult (TYA) Prime.

• 2013 monthly premium: $176
• Low out-of-pocket costs
• TYA Prime coverage is available in those Prime Service Areas where TRICARE Prime is available (or if the enrollee lives with their TRICARE Prime Remote sponsor).
• Your sponsor must be eligible for TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Prime Remote or TRICARE For Life.
• You will be assigned a primary care manager who will work with you to manage your routine and specialty health care.
• You will need a referral for most specialty care (except clinical preventive services and the first eight behavioral health visits each year).
