On April 1, 2013 TRICARE West Region contract transitions to a new contractor.
New registrations for secure TriWest.com accounts are no longer available.
Existing accounts will be updated with your health care--claims, specialty care authorizations, fees and eligibility--received up to March 31, 2013.
Beginning April 1, 2013, contact UnitedHealthcare Military & Veterans at 1-877-988-9378 for account, fees, benefit and enrollment information.
You will be able to access your TriWest.com account until June 28, 2013 to see information about claims for services received and fees paid before March 31, 2013.

What if I forget my password?

Click "Need Help Logging in?" below the Login button on the right side of the page. From the Login Assistance page, enter the requested information to unlock your account. Please note that you may only reset your password in this way before it expires.

Does my password expire?

Yes, your password expires after 150 days. If you have logged in before and your password has expired, you can request a new password (see below). Please note that the new password must be different than the one that just expired.

I forgot my password and cannot remember my secret password question/answer. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password and security question, contact the webmaster and request a password reset.

What are the rules for creating a password?

When your password expires or you want to choose a new one, you must follow these rules:

The new password must:

Be different than any of your previous 5 passwords
Be at least 9 characters long
Contain at least 1 letter (A, B, C, a, b, c...)
Contain at least 1 symbol (symbols you can use are: #, $, @)
Contain at least 1 number (1, 2, 3...)

The new password must not:

Repeat any of your previous 5 passwords
Contain spaces, brackets ([] or {}), carets (^), back slashes ( \ ), tildes (~) or vertical bars (|)
Contain personal information such as your username, full name, social security number, etc.
Contain your "Forgot your password?" security question or answer
