Registered www.triwest.com users who cannot remember their log on information can now instantly retrieve their user name and reset their password.

The new Login Assistance tool can be found under the MY ACCOUNT Link on the left-side menu (Username/Password Help) or on the log-in screen (Need Help Logging In?).

If you know your username, you will be able to instantly choose a new password and log into your account.

This will help users who have not logged into their accounts for a while and may have forgotten their username. Filling out the requested information on the secured pages will generate an e-mail (to the e-mail address the user registered) with the username.

After you have your username, input your username and then assign a new password to your account.

For TriWest account or TRICARE questions, you should use the secured messaging system available to logged in users. You may still send technical comments and questions to Webmaster@triwest.com.
