Here are a few friendly features you’ll find once you’ve entered the secure, registered beneficiary section of www.triwest.com:

QuickAlert

As a registered beneficiary on TriWest.com, you will receive an e-mail QuickAlert notification as soon as your authorization or claim has been processed. You simply log on anytime, from any Internet connection to check the status of your claim or authorization.

View Payments

You can view past Explanation of Benefits (EOB), see your prior health care payments and track your family’s health care spending. Your account will also show how much you have paid toward your annual deductible, if you have one.

Family Access

Grant account access to other registered family members so they can check their own payments, authorizations and referrals.

Enrollment

Log into TRICARE’s new Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) site and enroll in TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Prime Remote and TRICARE Prime Remote for Active Duty Family Members. While you are there, update your family’s information in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) to help ensure your family members are eligible for TRICARE coverage.

Update Information

Log in and make sure your TriWest account information (address, phone number and other health insurance information) is current. This helps to ensure a hassle-free claims process.
