Online Enrollment and DEERS Updates
TRICARE’s new Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) site allows you to enroll a new member of the family and update your personal
information in DEERs, all in one convenient site.
Logging In
To access the new BWE site, beneficiaries will need

Already Prime? There’s still more in store.
The new site is not just for new Prime beneficiaries. Those already enrolled in TRICARE Prime programs may also:
- Transfer enrollment to a new location (portability)
- Request a new primary care manager (PCM)
- Convert an active duty enrollment to a retiree enrollment up to 90 days before your retirement
- View enrollment information
- Request a new program enrollment card
- Update personal information in DEERS to ensure smooth claims processing
