Healing Heroes is an online resource that integrates West Region case management contact information and resources provided by partners in the Military Health System, including TRICARE Regional Office-West, TriWest Healthcare Alliance, the Services and the VA. This site is a Warrior care coordination resource for case managers throughout the 21-state TRICARE West Region.
